Shipping Policy
The Shipping Policy is a part of our Terms of Service and should be read alongside the main Terms. Please review the following policy carefully before placing an order. This policy applies to any order placed through us.

Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for order processing. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to the e-mail on file. Once your order has been shipped, Loppy Rae no longer has control over the package or delivery. Please contact the shipping provider for inquiries on tracking numbers and location.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States (including its territories.)
- Canada
- Mexico
- Australia
- New Zealand
- China
- Japan
- Singapore
- Philippines
We do not ship to the European Union or United Kingdom at this time due to shipping regulations. We cannot ship to active war zones. If you do not see your country listed, feel free to contact us via e-mail for further inquiry.
International Regulations
The customer is responsible for any and all fees, duties, or applicable taxes that incur at the time of customs clearance. We do not have control over international tax regulations. The customer is responsible for abiding by the applicable laws in the country they reside. Customs communications will be sent to the customer's e-mail on file. If the customer fails to pay required fees, the package will be returned to sender. The customer will not be refunded the initial shipping fee, but may receive a partial refund depending on the state of the returned items. If the package becomes lost in the return process, the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
Order Processing and Shipping Delays
Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing. The processing period refers to the period of time it takes to package and fulfill an order. Delivery estimates begin at the time of the shipping label being scanned in by the shipping facility.
Loppy Rae will communicate any excessive processing delays to customers. Once the order has been transferred to the postal service, we no longer have control over delivery estimates. The customer should refer to the given tracking number to receive updates on their order.
Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
We offer a 30-day return policy. We do not accept exchanges. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy.
